3月19日，京东方华灿Micro工厂在珠海金湾区举行首批产品交付仪式，对外发布了最新Micro LED产品，标志着其成功突破Micro LED的技术壁垒，迈入规模化、稳定化的生产交付阶段，将有效助力珠海抢占“终极显示技术”发展先机，打造新型显示产业高地。

京东方华灿光电是国内头部Mini/Micro显示芯片供应商，也是珠海龙头国企华发集团战略参股企业。位于珠海金湾区三灶镇的京东方华灿Micro LED项目，设有全球首条6英寸Micro LED规模化量产产线，填补了广东乃至全国新型显示产业空白。在多方支持下，该项目历时20个月的项目建设与产线调试，最终迎来首批产品交付的关键里程碑。

据介绍，该项目将主要生产Micro LED晶圆和像素器件，面向超大和超小尺寸的高清显示场景，主要用于大尺寸商用显示、AR/VR头戴式显示设备和可穿戴设备等领域，全部达产后将实现年产Micro LED晶圆2.4万片组（6英寸）、Micro LED像素器件45,000kk颗的生产能力，有望成为该细分领域的最有力竞争者。

Micro LED被誉为终极显示技术，具有高亮度、高对比度、高响应速度、低功耗、寿命长等技术特性，在图像解析度、系统续航能力、扭曲弯折设计、环境适应性、产业链兼容性等多个方面具有显著优势。

京东方华灿董事长张兆洪表示，Mini/Micro LED是继LCD和OLED之后，具备大规模商业化的下一代新型显示技术。得益于“珠海速度”和“金湾优势”，京东方华灿Micro LED项目顺利实现产品交付。产品成功交付也标志着京东方华灿迈出从战略蓝图到产品落地的第一步，进一步拓宽了显示技术的边界，为显示产业的驱动注入新活力。

其间，京东方华灿对外发布了全球领先的Micro LED系列产品。其中，COW/COC新产品实现99.99%的高良率，主要应用于电子穿戴设备、大型户内显示屏、AR/VR、车载显示等领域；MPD新产全面提升了显示性能和客户易用性，是目前微间距领域的最佳实现方案，主要应用于半户内/户内显示场景。

活动举办了Micro LED技术论坛，邀请到多位行业权威专家学者莅临现场，围绕Micro LED技术的前沿趋势与应用前景展开深度分享。
