caption-side: bottom;\">工行横琴分行成功落地首批基于澳门居民信用评价的信用卡批量发卡试点业务。</figcaption>\r\n</figure>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">珠海市发展和改革局信用建设（财政金融）科科长刘晓萌介绍，<strong>本次现场信用卡办理活动实现了澳门居民信用信息与内地金融机构的合规互通。</strong>未来计划通过推出信用分机制，将信用融入日常场景，如增加借书数量、医院加号、信用停车等，以正向激励引导市民守信行为，让信用成为便捷生活、降低发展成本、解决社会痛点的“软基建”。同时，信用体系还将在跨境场景进一步拓展，服务港澳居民北上消费、创新创业，破解因信用信息不对称导致的金融服务障碍，推动大湾区生活与业务深度融合。</p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">在政、企、银三方高效联动之下，本次活动实现了从“机制建设”到“民生落地”的关键转变。中国工商银行珠海横琴分行结合十五运会推出联名信用卡及“爱购满减”消费权益包，现场为符合条件的澳门居民办理信用卡申请，该业务创新仅凭借澳门居民信用评价报告，短短几分钟就能完成，彻底改变了以往跨境金融服务“流程长、材料多”的困境，真正实现“数据多跑路、居民少奔波”，将澳门本地信用数据纳入内地银行授信审批体系，标志着粤港澳跨境金融规则衔接取得突破性进展。</p>\r\n<figure class=\"image align-center\" style=\"display: table;\"><img src=\"https://pub-point.hizh.cn/images/202509/15/68c78a20b4e4964482549f9d.jpeg\" data-from=\"newsroom\" data-mimetype=\"image/jpeg\" id=\"img-68c78a20b4e4964482549f9d\">\r\n<figcaption style=\"display: table-caption;
