justify;\">10月30日14时59分，随着东航C919国产大飞机执飞的MU6308航班从广州白云机场第五跑道腾空而起，白云机场T3航站楼正式投入使用，也标志着白云机场第五跑道正式投运。东航在广州的所有国内航班也将转场至白云机场T3航站楼运行。巧合的是，这个航班也是东航C919首次执飞广州-北京大兴航线。</p>\r\n<p style=\"font-size: 21px; text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #008cd6;\"><strong>东航国内航班全部转至T3运营</strong></span></p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">东方航空作为首批入驻广州白云机场T3航站楼的航司，在转场准备和运营优化方面采取了多项针对性措施，组建了专项工作组，制定了详细的运行方案‌。东航国内航班搬至T3运营后，启用了更智能的值机系统，未来，旅客的体验感会大大加强。此前，东航也通过多次综合演练，验证了机坪运行、旅客中转等流程，确保旅客出行顺畅、舒心‌。</p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">东航国内航班搬至T3运营后，值机柜台将从T1的12个增加到T3的15个，并增设高端值机区，完善两楼运行中转流程、行李分拣系统升级等关键环节‌。此前，东航通过多次综合演练，验证机坪运行、旅客中转等流程‌。为应对航站楼投运初期旅客可能走错航站楼的情况，东航广东分公司地服部在T3启用后一段时间内，每日会安排工作人员驻守T1，为旅客提供相应帮助。</p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">东航在白云机场T3航站楼国内出港航班的截载时间是起飞前40分钟，乘坐东航国内航班的旅客需提前留意规划行程。目前，东航的国际航班仍然留在T1航站楼运营，旅客乘机需注意查看自己的目的地，避免走错航站楼。</p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img justify;\">东航也为开通初期不慎走错航站楼的旅客提供免费退改签服务：使用东航票本填开的东上航实际承运的广州始发航班，旅行日期为2025年10月30日（含）至2025年11月12日（含）的旅客，如在广州白云国际机场走错航站楼发生误机，允许改至 2 日内（T+2）其他东上航实际承运的广州始发航班，免收变更手续费，但需补齐票价差额及舱位差额。每个航段允许免变更手续费改期一次，改签手续仅限在东航广州白云国际机场票台办理。旅客也可在东航广州白云国际机场票台办理非自愿退票手续后，按规定在原出票地办理退票。</p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">对于2025年10月27日（含）之前购买的经广州中转的东航781客票（航班承运人不限，航班日期2025年10月30日（含）之后），如因本次航站楼调整导致旅客同一运输合同内航班的转机时间少于规定的最短中转时间（MCT）的，可按东上航非自愿规定办理退票或改期。</p>\r\n<p style=\"font-size: 21px; text-align:
