5月8日，中国电信珠海分公司与珠海水控集团战略合作框架协议签约仪式举行。双方聚焦党建共建、智慧水务、信息化建设、民生服务四大核心领域达成深度合作共识，携手开启企业协同发展之路。

目前，珠海水控集团正全力向市场驱动型、创新引领型、数智赋能型、价值创造型转型。此次战略合作，是双方立足自身核心优势、顺应数字经济发展趋势的战略选择，将实现资源共享、技术互融、市场互通，构建“1+1>2”的协同发展格局。

根据协议，双方将聚焦智慧水务升级核心赛道，共建行业领先的智慧水务统一平台。依托中国电信的云网算力、数据技术与珠海水控的水务运营经验、行业资源，推动水务全业务、全流程数字化重构，实现运营提效、决策提质、服务提级。通过数据互联互通、智能分析预警、远程协同管控，破解传统水务运营中的效率瓶颈与管理难题，加速珠海水控集团向数智赋能型企业转型，同时助力中国电信拓展水务行业数字化应用场景，打造智慧水务领域标杆案例，深化行业数字化布局。

“在民生服务协同落地方面，双方将以惠民项目为载体，推动服务能力与品牌价值双提升。”珠海水控集团战略发展部副总经理刘丹介绍，集团将协同中国电信，落地高品质直饮水、二次供水智慧运维、表后精准测漏、智能装备计量等一系列民生项目，以智能化、高品质供水服务响应市民需求。

刘丹表示，双方将以签约为起点，快速推进合作项目落地见效，以数智化转型驱动企业高质量发展，以协同创新赋能城市建设与民生改善，携手打造国企跨界合作、互利共赢的新典范。
